Error description

• Environment: ITM for Oracle Agent 6.2.0 Fixpack 1, 6.2.1
  
  
  Problem Description:
  If datafile is offline or tablespace is offline,"Tablespace"
  table view does not include the datafile record that datafile
  is offline.  In addition, the column Total/Files/Recover value
  is always equal to 0.
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  
  1. create a new test tablespace
  1) SQL> create tablespace testtb datafile
  '/oracle/oradata/orcl/testtb.dbf' size 5M;
     Tablespace created.
  
  2) SQL> create tablespace tbtest datafile
  '/oracle/oradata/orcl/tbtest.dbf' size 5M;
     Tablespace created.
  
  2. tablespace offline
  SQL> alter tablespace tbtest offline;
  Tablespace altered.
  
  3. datafile offline(database must set with archivelog model),if
  Database
  model is noarchivelog then 1) else 2)
  1) login oracle database with sys user
  SQL> shutdown immediate
  Database closed.
  Database dismounted.
  ORACLE instance shut down.
  
  SQL> startup mount;
  ORACLE instance started.
  
  Total System Global Area 1540046848 bytes
  Fixed Size                  1336708 bytes
  Variable Size            1157630588 bytes
  Database Buffers          369098752 bytes
  Redo Buffers               11980800 bytes
  Database mounted.
  
  SQL> alter database archivelog;
  
  Database altered.
  
  SQL> alter database open;
  Database altered.
  
  
  2) SQL> alter database datafile
  '/oracle/oradata/orcl/testtb.dbf'
  offline;
     Database altered.
  
  Go to "Tablesapce" view and "Database summary" view,review
  Total/Files/Recover and datafiles
