IZ88684: SORTING IDT ACTIVE TERMINALS BY START TIME NOT RESULTING IN A CHRONOLOGICAL SORT

Error description

• If I sort IDT Active Terminals by Start Time I do not get a
  chronological sort. Please see the associated screenshot in
