IZ85771: UNABLE TO DISPLAY WORKFLOW MAP.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. Create a workflow in a Maximo 6 environment that has 200+
  
  nodes for use with the WORKORDER object (if you have 200
  nodes but only space them 10 across you probably will not see
  the issue).
  2. Place about 50 or so nodes, one after another, along the top
  of the workflow canvas.  3. Create several more nodes running
  down the far right hand side of the canvas, at least 70 or so.
  Do your best to add the nodes as far apart across and down to
  right as possible.
  4. Validate, enable, and activate the process.
  5. Create a new work order and route it into workflow.
  6. From the "select action" menu, view the workflow map.  The
  result is that the a blank field will be displayed with a red
  "X" in the upper right hand corner.  The workflow map will not
  be displayed.

Problem conclusion

• Through a new parameter in webclient.properties called
  webclient.wfmapimageformat you can set the format to png which
