Problem summary
The management server terminates abnormally with an access violation error in function OpLogReader::SetMSG2EmitBuffer(). The management server generates an "access violation" exception with the following call stack: #0 0x00000200006089e6 in memcpy () from /lib64/tls/libc.so.6 #1 0x0000020004c4ec9e in OpLogReader::SetMSG2EmitBuffer () from /products/ITM621/ls3266/ms/lib/KRANDREG The exception occurs when the management server attempts to write a MSG2 message exceeding 255 characters into the management server OPLOG table.
Problem conclusion
Code changes were made to ensure that only 255 characters are written to the management server OPLOG table. If an agent generates a message exceeding 255 characters, the message will be truncated.
