  publishing catalog asset store with larger number of
  organizations in IBM WebSphere Commerce.

  catalog asset store using the Websphere Commerce Administrative
  Console tool.

  The heap exhaustion causes out of memory condition which results
  in system's lack of responsiveness.

Problem conclusion

• When publishing a catalog asset store with large number of
  organizations, the out of memory condition occurs. This is
  because the JSP page where the store data is entered are used as
  parameters to look up all the organization members for that
  store. The APAR introduces a new JSP page to reduce the number
  of organization look up when trying to publish a store. The
  SearchForOrgsICanAdmin.jsp and BuyCommonOrgSelection.jsp are
  used to help narrow down the number of organization look up when
  publishing a catalog asset store.
