Local fix

• Use standard timeout value for
  'jmx.remote.x.server.connection.timeout' attribute
  

Problem summary

• Giving no value as argument to the Adminor monitor-thread cases
  it to wait for the maximum amount of time and creates a large
  number of monitor threads when these are not intended.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  5.0.0 SR10
  .
  Changed behaviour so that no argument is interpreted as a
  request for no timeout monitor thread to be set in the first
  place, resulting in no thread creation.
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20090207 or later
