      Here are the instructions to reproduce problem all in Windows:
    .
    - Stop the TEPS
    - Edit file $ITM\CNPS\kfwenv and add
      KFW_INTERFACE_cnps_PROXY_HOST=9.9.9.9
    - Start TEPS
    - Start TEP
    - Type user account and password and click OK
    - Wait until you get the error: Internal error occurred during
    logon.
    - Cancel the TEP (the window closes)
    - Check in task manager that java.exe remain active and running
      (it seems to be hanging)
    - You cannot start another TEP until the previous java.exe
    process
      is canceled, it must be cancelled from the task manager.
