Error description
In a partitioned environment, After you upgrade to FixPak 12, query performance may be degraded if there are table queues involved. For example, you defined a table t1 with partition key id1, then you defined another table t2 with same structure but another partition key id2. In this case, if you run query like "insert into t2 select * from t1", you may see performance degradation. If you encounter this problem, you can observe high sys CPU usage. This problem was introduced since FixPak 12 and only exists in HP-PA platform.
