APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The customer upgraded from TAM 4.1 to TAM 5.1 and is attempting
  to run ivrgy_tool as documented in the Upgrade Guide.   The
  customer applied TAM 5.1.0.15 and problem still occurs.  The
  customer is unable to complet the migration as running the
  nsschema.def file manually also causes errors.
