Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    Maximo-X Inspection Application Is Not Opening
    
    When I attempt using "Manage inspection forms", it keeps
    spinning and it did not show any new page.
    
    Later, I went to Planning->Conduct an inspect, it showed me the
    screen
    for conducting the new inspection.
    
    Again, if I click "Manage inspection forms", it shows the page
    for
    creating the new inspection form.
    
    In nutshell, I need to launch these apps twice to allow me to
    use them
    
    ACTION TAKEN:
    replaced some scipts in maximo-login.html file
    commendted out : key-search="{{personID}}"
    
    and replaced with key-search="-personid-"
    
    commented out key-search-attribute-name="user.userid"
    
    replaced key-search-attribute-name="personid"
    
    This fixed the Issue
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    Open Manage Inspection Forms or Conduct Inspections
    App Doesn't Load
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    App Doesn't Load
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    App will Load

  • click "Manage inspection forms" again and it shows the page for
    creating the new inspection form.
