Error description
Following an upgrade to 6.3 FP7, users in the "OPERATOR" group are no longer able to login correctly, they receive an empty console. This is rectified by adding the permission - ""UserAdministration: View" to the account, then they can login successfully. This, however, seems to have been previously identified as unwanted behaviour as per PMR 48161,211,788 and an APAR was raised - IV77992. This APAR was included in FP7 but we still have customers encountering this behaviour.
Local fix
This is rectified by adding the permission - "UserAdministration: View" to the account, then they can login successfully.
