IV91163: DEFAULT CRAFT CODE INCORRECT WHEN LABOR ID'S EXIST IN MULTIPLE ORGS

Error description

• The system will automatically default labor id and craft when
  adding an actual labor entry in Work Execution. If the labor ID
  exist in multiple orgs, then the device may show the labor
  record and default craft from the wrong or.g.
  
  Steps to reproduce.
  
  Have a user log in and open a work order in site 1 org 2 with a
  default craft (e.g MECH).  When entering actual labor the user
  is defaulted but the default craft does not show as MECH.  The
  craft that shows ELECT, which is the default craft from org 1
  and not the org 2 of the Work Order.
