Local fix

  • Use different GC policy. Do not use agent
    

Problem summary

  • In certain conditions Partial GC in Balanced might occur earlier
    than the dedicated GC Master Thread is started. This is normal
    behavior however the initialization of hooks required for the
    functioning of JVMTI might be not complete and can be a reason
    for assertion.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The initialization of hooks is now completed earlier.

       8    SR3 FP21  (8.0.3.21)
