Error description
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: - Go to System Properties application. - Find the webclient.useClientTimer property. - Its value is already set to = 1 - Go to Work Order Tracking application - Find an existing WO record (e.g. in Wappr status) - Open the Calendar lookup for any DateTime field, such as Scheduled Start - The TimePicker on the right shows a number of timeslots. - The range of the timeslots is 12.00am (midnight) - 2.45am - This is always the case regardless of the client machine's local time - It should show a range of timeslots showing a 2-hour range matching the current DateTime on the client machine - The webclient.useClientTimer property's value of 1 is therefore not taken into account CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: The webclient.useClientTimer property's value of 1 is therefore not taken into account EXPECTED RESULT: If webclient.useClientTimer = 1, then the Time picker should adjust to display timeslots matching the current System DateTime (including one hour before SYSDATE and one hour after SYSDATE) ADDITIONAL INFO: This was working in Maximo 7.5.0.x up to Maximo 7.5.0.7 New system property 'webclient.useClientTimer' was then added to adjust the default time on the Date/Time Calendar widget to use the client workstation's local time.
Local fix
Users need to scroll down to the relevant timeslot close to current SysDateTime.
