Local fix

• For mnemonic issues that aren't supported, it is just a matter
  of customers ignoring them. The problem is seen only for few
  languages like Japanese.
  

Problem summary

• In some of the Chinese, Japanese and Russian language files
  related to the UI, some mnemonics were added by translation that
  aren't required, since those mnemonics aren't supported. Along
  with this, some of the Japanese translations needed correction.
  

Problem conclusion

• Removed the mnemonics that aren't required in the problematic
  language Program Information Interface files. Japanese
  translations that needed corrections were corrected.
