Error description

• The following issue was reproduced against Maximo 7605 using
  Scheduler 763.
  
  1. In the Graphical Scheduling application, gantt view tab,
  they move the header of one of the columns.
  
  2. The header will move, but the column stays in place. The
  refresh can be delayed. Double clicking on a row can also
  freeze the application.
