• Error Message: During Kerberos authentication, a call to
  GSSName.getStringNameType() returns null. The subsequent
  operation on the returned value causes the NullPointerException
  which in turn makes the application fail to work.

• Issue is the principal name type is not being use while
  retrieving the string name type in some cases.

• The fix will use the principal name type if the principal name
  is null.
