Error description
1. Make sure you have Edit mode enabled for SR and Incident apps. 2. Go to SR or IN and select a record. Click on Edit button. Make any changes on it and save. Does not release the record yet. 3. Open a new tab in your browser. Go to SR or IN app and select another record. Click on Edit button. Notice the fields will not be released, but it will insert a record in MAXRECORDLOCK table. If you press F5, sometimes it will reload within the fields unlocked. Sometimes it does not happen on the first time you Edit and save. But if you keep switching between both tabs, editing and saving, you will end up with the issue. If you create a new Session on your browser (On IE, click File > New session; On FF, you need to install a plugin called multifox) this issue does not happen. I looks like there is a problem with the websession (cookie) that does not refreshes the page correctly when reused on multiple tabs.
