The problem arises due to overwriting memory, when CPUs found is internally inconsistent.
Problem conclusion
J9 VM has been fixed to handle inconsistent CPU counts found. . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 8 SR3 (8.0.3.0) .
