Problem summary

• The 1st uninitialized data slot on stack in verification data
  was assigned a random value, which forced the garbage data in
  this slot to be stored on the verification message buffer and
  ended up with a crash.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to get the data slot initialized with a
  valid placeholder on stack.
