• Error Message: If there are multiple URIs for the
  DistributionPointName, the certpath provider will only process
  the first one on the list and ignore the rest of it. If the
  first one gets processed but is not accessible/reachable, the
  second one will never be processed even if it is
  accessible/reachable.

Problem summary

• The issue is due to wrong implementation for retrieving CRL from
  DistributionPointName
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix is to check all GeneralNames in DstributionPointName to
  get the CRL.
  The associated RTC PR is 102399
  The associated Austin CMVC defect is 117020
  The associated Hursley CMVC defect is 202896
  The associated APAR is IV78191
  JVMs affected : Java 5.0, Java 6.0, Java 6.1, Java 7.0, Java 7.1
  and Java 8.0
  The fix was delivered for Java 6.0 SR16 FP20, Java 6.1 SR8 FP20,
  Java 7.0 SR9 FP30, Java 7.1 SR3 FP230 and Java 8.0 SR2 FP10
  The affected jar is "ibmcertpathprovider.jar".
  The build level of this jar for the affected releases is
  "20151026"
