Local fix

• Set the environment variable "TR_DisableTrapPeephole" to 1 in
  order to disable this optimization.
  

Problem summary

• The JIT compiler performs a micro-optimization on AIX that
  reorders certain instructions to speed up a memory access. In
  very rare cases, this optimization incorrectly reorders certain
  instructions, causing the program to read from an invalid memory
  location.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JIT compiler was fixed to prevent the micro-optimization
  from incorrectly reordering instructions in certain cases.
