IV74893: MULTILINE TEXTBOX DO NOT WORD WRAP ON IE11

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• MultiLine Text box fields do not word wrap when long values are
  inputted when using IE 11. When you use other browsers like
  FireFox/Chrome, or if you use other versions of IE, it is
  working fine as expected.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Escalations, select any record
  2. Notice that the Condition field (multiline textbox) is not
  wrapped (type as many characters as you can to see)
