Local fix

• Use a shorter path for -Xshareclasses:cacheDir sub-option and
  make sure all the -Xshareclasses sub-options in total are no
  more than 256 characters
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused by a 256 characters limit for all the
  -Xshareclasses sub-options
  

Problem conclusion

• The maximum limit has been increased. A new error message has
  been introduced if the -Xshareclasses sub-options are longer
  than the maximum limit.
