Error description

  • Error Message: The JVM lowercases "\u0130" to "\u0069" but the
    Unicode standard requires that in all locales except 'az' and
    'tr' that "\u0130" should lowercase to "\u0069\u0307".

Problem summary

  • The problem was caused by incorrect conversion of "\u0130".

  • The JVM has been updated to convert "\u0130" correctly.
