    shipped in x86 Linux has been replaced by non-platform-specific
    com.ibm.security.auth.UsernamePrincipal. However, LinuxPrincipal
    was not deprecated to indicate this.

  • JAAS has been enhanced so that the Principal names and
    LoginModule name are now platform independent.   The platform
    specific Principal and LoginModule names have been deprecated
    and may be removed in the future.The associated RTC PR is

    fix was delivered for Java 6.0 SR16FP3, Java 6.1 SR8FP3, Java
    7.0 SR8FP10, Java 7.1 SR2FP10The affected jar is "rt.jar".Build
