    * ServiceCenter / ServiceManager.                              *

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
    * The guide needs to be updated to clarify on which versions   *
    * of the HP software the gateway is supported.                 *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    * The updated guide will be uploaded to the Netcool/OMNIbus    *
    * Knowledge Center during the next interim release.            *
    ****************************************************************
    

Problem conclusion

  • The Gateway target row of the "Summary" table will be updated to
    state the following support:
    
    
    HP ServiceManager 9.3 running on HP Connect-It 9.4 and earlier
    versions of both software.
    
    Note:  The gateway has not been tested on later versions of
    either software.
    
    The Gateway version column of the "Supported versions and
    platforms" table will be updated to state the following support:
    
    HP ServiceManager 9.3 running on HP Connect-It 9.4 and earlier
    versions of both software.
