Problem summary

• The problem is caused when there are multiple threads waiting
  for a write lock on the shared classes cache, and the cache is
  full.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:

     7 R1 SR1 FP1   (7.1.1.1)
     6    SR16 FP1  (6.0.16.1)

  The JVM has been updated so that when the shared classes cache
  is full, there is no need for the threads to acquire the write
  lock.
