Local fix

Problem summary

• iKeyman will support PKCS12S2 keystore and cmsprovider will
  rebuild indexes on keystore open.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     6    SR16      (6.0.16.0)
     7    SR7       (7.0.7.0)
     6 R1 SR8       (6.1.8.0)
     7 R1 SR1       (7.1.1.0)
  .
  For iKeyman
  - Better behaviour when dealing with NON-UTF8 label of
  certificates
  - Added the support of PKCS12S2 type of keystore which can be
  read by the keytool program in a Oracle/Sun JVM.
  
  For cmsprovider
  .kdb keystore indexes probably shouldn't be getting written to
  the keystore.
  
  In an effort to deprecate that we will shift to always rebuild
  the index when a keystore is opened.
