  Maximo is referencing an invalid domain when validating Crew
  Types
  
  BMXAA4024E - The synonym value active is not valid for the
  domain CTSTAT.

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Reproduced in BS 7504 TD 7501 (util)
  
  1. Create a work type PLUSDWORKTYPE domain
  
  2. Setup  crew type
   a. Goto: Administration>Resources>Crew type
   b. Create a crew type and associate positions to it with
  crew valid crafts. (crew flag is checked)
  
  3. Create Work Type/ Crew type Cross reference
   a. Goto: Administration Organization T&D Select Org
   b. Under select action: T&D Options Work type Options
  
  4. New Row
   a. Select a work type
   b. Select a work group
   c. Select crew type - this domain always return empty,
  go to
   d. From the crew type menu select go to crew types
    i. Select a crew type
    ii. Return with value
