Error description
The vswprintf and swprintf APIs should add only one NULL terminal character instead of the current behavior, where we fill NULL characters in the remaining buffer. Though this is not a defect or against our documentation, but this behavior is not inline with UNIX flavors, making portability of the code tougher.
