Error description
Installing TWS 9.1 Remote Client for Windows X64 returns error, "MSVCR71.dll is missing".
Local fix
copying "msvcr71.dll" into "<Installation_image>\TWS \WINDOWS_X86_64\bin" directory solved this issue.

It will be fixed into TWS 9.2 FP2 TWS 9.1 FP3 and later releases.
