Meter average values and PM forecast dates are calculated wrong Customer migrated from ACM 7.1.1.2 to ACM 7.5.0.2, IBM Maximo Asset Configuration Manager 7.5.0.2-20130815-1018 Build 20121213-0030 DB Build V7502-19 HFDB Build HF7502-03 Version IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.5.0.4 Build 20130129-2023 DB Build V7504-00 IBM Maximo for Transportation 7.5.0.0-20120927-1421 Build 20110415-1936 DB Build V7500-06 HFDB Build HF7500-07 Tivoli's process automation engine 7.5.0.4 Build 20130129-2023 DB Build V7504-38 IBM Maximo for Service Providers 7.5.1.1-20130415-1222 Build 20120702-1801 DB Build V7511-18 HFDB Build HF7511-07 IBM Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.5.1.0 Build 20130129-2023 DB Build V7510-124 IBM WebSphere Application Server 7.0.0.27 DB Oracle 11.1 (Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.7.0 - 64bit Production With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options) Operating System: Windows Server 2008 6.0 build 6002 Service Pack 2 STEPS: 1. Use Asset(CM) - Enter Actual Milage on Direct TAB ' Delta is entered correct 2. Correct Actual Milage Entry on Direct Tab corrected actual value from (old: 1000 to (new)1700, Delta is displayed right on direct Tab (1700), but stored wrong in meter reading table: Here it is set to difference between old value and new value: 700 instead of newly calculating delta to last actual milage: ' delta should be 1700 in meter reading, too! ' Delta is calculated wrong 3. Just as a hint: Manage Meter reading History can be used to correct wrong or missing deltas Enter 1700 once more in Field modified reading -> delta is corrected to : 1700 Press ok Open once more to see new delta -> now it is correct 4. Enter Actual Milage with Fleet Usage Load ' Delta remains empty Delta is set to zero in meter reading History instead of 300, that is displayed on direct tab Wrong value can also be corrected using Manage Meter Reading History and set Field modified reading to 2000 Open once more to see correction.
