Local fix

• -Xjit:disableRedundantAsyncCheckRemoval will turn off the JIT
  optimization that erroneously eliminates async checks.
  

Problem summary

• The redundant async check removal optimization was incorrectly
  eliminating async checks from some loops that had multiple back
  edges, e.g. a loop in juc ForkJoin code that had continue
  statements was causing the analysis to go wrong.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  6.0.0 SR15
  6.0.1 SR7
  7.0.0 SR6
  5.0.0 SR16 FP4
  .
  Redundant async check removal was fixed to eliminate GC yield
  points correctly.
