  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  
  1)  Create a View from the backend.
  2)  Add the View in Database Configuration.
  3)  Create an Escalation.
  
  The escalation will fail because when creating the View - there
  is no required ID field:

  If the object is flagged as imported, then a unique column is
  not required.'
