IV45521: CHPATH WITH PERM FAILS ON VIOS

Error description

• In padmin shell, chpath command with -perm option fails
  on
  a VIOS.
  .
  chpath -dev Name -pdev Parent -conn Connection -perm
  -attr Attribute=Value...
  Fails with invalid argument : "-attr" is not valid.
  
  Example:
  $ chpath -dev hdisk21 -pdev fscsi8 -conn
  500a098286b822c1,0 -perm -attr priority=1
  "-attr" is not valid.
  
  Usage: chpath -dev Name -op OpStatus [-pdev Parent]
  [-conn Connection]
         chpath -dev Name -pdev Parent [-conn Connection]
  [-perm]
                -attr Attribute=Value ...
