Error description

• Summary:  When synonyms for Person statuses are used, changing
  the Person
     Status may generate inappropriate error messages if there are
     associated Labor.
  
   Description:  If a synonym has been created for the Inactive
  Person status
     and if an associated Labor is already set to the Inactive
  status,
     then changing the Person's status to Inactive synonym status
  will
     generate an inappropriate error message: the code tries to
  change
     the Labor's status to the status it already has and the error
  message
     is generated.
