Error description
v3.9-GA, FP1 & FP2 -Platform independent Two issues: 1) When a duplicate IPAddress with same lingertime seen by the Poller, it stops polling either IP. 2) Upon hitting above scenario, if the lingertime changes for one of the entity (say InterfaceA with LingerTime 2 and InterfaceB with LingerTime 3) as a result of discovery, poller should resume polling, but it isn't.
Local fix
To workaround problem #2 there are two options: 1) Unmanage and remanage that interface with higher ligertime. OR 2) Disable and Enable poll policy that is polling those interfaces.
