Error description
Error Message: N/A . Stack Trace: N/A . When file encoding is specified as ASCII, the default console encoding used by java.io.Console class for console read and write operations is incorrect on zOS. The console encoding is not honoured even when the console encoding is explicitly specified using system property -Dconsole.encoding.
Local fix
Problem summary

Problem conclusion
