IV17216: BMXAA4590E - COULD NOT CHANGE WORK ORDER XXXX STATUS TO COMP

Error description

• Maximo 7116 with Calibration 7111
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  Created one datasheet with function checks (DEETEST)
  New Row in the Asset Functionsand select ANALOG as the type
  Add two Function Checks
  Added assets in Work Assets tab (11200,11210)
  APPR the Data sheet
  Create a workorder in the Work Order Tracking (Cal) application
  (1161)
  Added Asset 11200 to my Main WO Tab
  Go to Data Sheet Tab and added my Data sheet above
  And Change status of Workorder to INPRG or APPR
  Tick both the AS Found Pass Fields for your two Function Checks
  and also Tick the No adjustment made checkbox , it then Ticks
  the AS Left Pass fields
  PLEASE NOTE that the NO Adj Made field is EDITABLE and should be
  READ ONLY
  
  SO now if you try to COMPLETE the WO you get the below Message:
  
  BMXAA4590E - Could not change Work Order 1161 status to COMP.
  BMXAR041E - The DEETEST data sheet is incomplete. Please enter
  all as-found and as-left readings or change the status of the
  data sheet to BROKEN.

  When attempting to change status to COMP for workorder, getting
  error:  BMXAA4590E - COULD NOT CHANGE WORK ORDER XXXX STATUS TO
  COMP
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed issue with editable field  No Adj Made and the error when
