Error description
Old deployment requests and their storage not getting cleaned up (they were KDYDPLY requests KDYDYST requests) leads to TEMS crash due to failure to allocate further memory

Problem summary
After running "cleardeploystatus -g <transaction>" many times (~4,000) the HUB management sever runs out of memory and abnormally terminates. Executing deployment commands, including the cleardeploystatus command uses SQL1 resources but does not release them when the deployment operation is complete. This can result in the HUB management server running out of memory and abnormally terminating.
Problem conclusion
In all cases where a SQL Request is issued, make sure there is a corresponding Close and Drop on the request issued. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | fix pack | 6.2.2-TIV-ITM-FP0008 | fix pack | 6.2.3-TIV-ITM-FP0002
Temporary fix
Limit use of cleardeploystatus command to cleanse the deployment queues. Use the -a, -s or -f options of the command to remove completed deployments rather for each deployment transaction (-g).
