Error description
In TEP, when displaying views with Logical Disks, entries can appear as duplicate, showing the same Logical Disk Name. This can happen if additional unmounted partitions exist (HarddiskVolume#), which the Windows API is considering as assigned to an already used drive letter.

Problem summary
Duplicate disk entries in Logical Disks view. In the Tivoli Enterprise Portal, when displaying views with Logical Disks, entries can appear as duplicate showing the same Logical Disk Name. This can happen if additional unmounted partitions exist (HarddiskVolume#), which the Windows API considers as assigned to an already used drive letter.
Problem conclusion
The code has been changed to check if a letter is already used before assigning it to a HarddiskVolume#. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | fix pack | 6.2.2-TIV-ITM-FP0008 | fix pack | 6.2.3-TIV-ITM-FP0002
