Error description

  • Inactive people can be selected in the User Information in SR
    application
    
    
    
    Steps to replicate:
    
    1. Loggin to Maximo as maxadmin;
    2. Go to Service Request application;
    3. In the User Information section you can find the following
    fields:
    
    - Reported By
    - Name
    - Phone
    - E-mail
    
    4. If you select a value using the Reported By field than you
    can not see inactive people.(Expected result);
    
    5. If you select a value using the Name field than you can see
    inactive people. If you select this value than the following
    error message is shown:
    
    BMXAA3097E - The person does not exist or is not active.
    
    Replicated on Maximo 7.1.1.x and Maximo 7.5
