Error description
The subscription notifier can lose delete events if they occur after the notifier plugin runs but there is a server restart before the notifier runs again.
Local fix
Problem summary
The Subscription Notifier keeps an internal list of the objects that are currently subscribed to. If the server is restarted this list is lost. This does not affect updates because the list can be rebuilt but if an object was deleted there is no way to know if was subscribed to.
Problem conclusion
The Subscription Notifier was changed to persist its list of subscribed objects so that they are not lost on a server restart.
Temporary fix
