Error description

• When accessing queue files and a transaction was aborted it was
  possible that the product could not operate on the internal
  management data file and return with arcE_OBJECT_DAMAGED.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Some MQ-API functions (MQPUT, MQGET) could fail with
  arcE_OBJECT_DAMAGEDwhen transaction is aborted.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product was changed to handle aborted transaction gracefully
  when accessing the internal management file.

  of IBM MQ for HPE NonStop 8.1.
