• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The IBM Storage Protect Object Agent will fail to report the
  correct time zone causing problem to third parties applications,
  that may use it,  to synchronize time with its own timezone.
  The object agent is currently assuming that this date/time is in
  GMT (UTC), even though this may not be the case.

  IBM Storage Protect version 8.1.x or later on ALL supported
  platforms
