Error description

• When using commands ibmint package/deploy with the
  --compile-maps-and-schemas flag, an error message "Cannot
  resolve the name 'xml:lang' to a(n) 'attribute declaration'
  component" is generated.

  When using commands ibmint package/deploy with the
  --compile-maps-and-schemas flag, an error message "Cannot

Problem conclusion

• The ibmint package/deploy commands with the
  --compile-maps-and-schemas flag no longer produce error messages
  similar to "an error message "Cannot resolve the name 'xml:lang'
  to a(n) 'attribute declaration' component".
