Error description

• There are several scenarios where static libraries share a
  common and identical xsd schema file that deployed correctly at
  IIB version 10 but no longer deploy in App Connect Enterprise
  version 12.

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise versions 12 using
  schemas in static libraries.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  There are several scenarios where static libraries share a
  common and identical xsd schema file that deployed correctly at
  IIB version 10 but no longer deploy in App Connect Enterprise
  version 12.
  

Problem conclusion

• These scenario now correctly deploy at IBM App Connect version
  12.
