IT46247: SIGSEGV in rrmUpdateSuspendList and queue manager then fails after suspending in many clusters

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A command SUSPEND QMGR CLUSTER(cluster.n) is issued, more than
  256 times, supplying a different cluster name each time.
  
  The 257th command SUSPEND CLUSTER(cluster.n) is issued, and a
  SIGSEGV memory exception with null pointer is seen from the MQ
  program amqrrmfa.
  
  FDC records from xehExceptionHandler are written out to
  /var/mqm/errors.  The routine executing when the SIGSEGV is
  received is rrmUpdateSuspendList.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  In routine rrmUpdateSuspendList there was an inadequate pointer
  validity check, resulting in the use of a null pointer.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ code has been fixed in routine rrmUpdateSuspendList,
  meaning there is no longer an inadequate pointer validity check.
