• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The internal handling of the cleanup of queues in particular
  dynamic temporary queues could lead to inconsistent file
  descriptor states. This was hidden from the user by additional
  error handling.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• During cleanup some file open errors were not handled correctly
  requiring additional error handling in other parts of the
  product.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product was changed to ensure correct handling of file open
  errors and reducing complexity of the code.

  of IBM MQ for HPE NonStop 8.1.
